CherryHill is your community but first it was our home. We, Harry and Joan Fehr, purchased the 104 acre property in 1998 after many walks spent admiring it from a distance. We fell in love with the romantic aspect of owning this property. It had a creek running through it, a long winding driveway, a 50 year old hip roof barn, and a gravel pit.
CherryHill Living is situated on a 100-acre property of forested land four miles east of Steinbach, Manitoba. The property combines natural parkland forest abundant in aspen and oak with strategically landscaped areas featuring white spruce, ornamental trees, shrubs and manicured lawns.
The centrepiece of CherryHill Living is Lake Como, a 10-acre spring-fed lake offering a range of water based activities including swimming, catch-and-release fishing, non-motorized boating (paddle-boats, canoes, kayaks). The lake is ringed with one mile of beach with the broad east beach area featuring a wading pool with fountain for kids and beach-volleyball courts.
