Pathfinder Ventures Works with Simone Capital on IR, Corporate Communications

Pathfinder Ventures Inc. has engaged Simone Capital Corp., an investor relations and capital markets advisory firm, to support the company with Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.

“Simone Capital is very pleased to be working with the experienced management team at Pathfinder Ventures Inc. We believe Pathfinder Ventures is well-positioned to capture market share in the rapidly growing RV and Campground industry across North America,” Simone Capital President Anthony Simone said in a release.

Ontario-based Simone Capital Corp is principally owned and operated by Anthony Simone and Matthew Benedetto. The advisory firm will leverage its proprietary database to engage with retail brokers, portfolio managers, analysts, and individual investors for an initial term of three months, extendable by mutual consent.

According to a release, Simone Capital Corp. will be paid $5,000 per month for its services. 

Simone Capital owns less than 1% of outstanding common shares in Pathfinder Ventures.
