CCRVC Gears Up for Conference Happening Next Week

No need to stress about yet-to-be-packed bags and worry about canceled flights, the 2022 Canadian Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo is right around the corner and is ready to educate and connect member campgrounds and RV parks in the comfort of their homes.

The three-day conference organized by the Canadian Camping & RV Council (CCRVC) in partnership with CampCon takes place next week, March 8-10.

Attendees don’t need to worry about finding a place to stay as the conference is virtual, making it accessible to anyone wherever they may be.

“We’re thrilled to have a chance to provide this exclusive education and networking opportunity for our campground owners across the country,” said CCRV Executive Director Shane Devenish in an earlier press release.

There will be sessions on branding consistency, customer experience, as well as industry trends and insights, and more after the opening ceremony and a bit of morning conversation on Tuesday. Later in the day, park owners can connect with vendors and suppliers in five-minute one-on-one meetings during Vendor Speed Dating. What follows are roundtable discussions and more educational sessions.

To cap the day off, attendees can head into a networking lounge built into the website. Group video chat options are available to maximize the networking experience.

Meanwhile, the expo portion of the event has dedicated time on the agenda but is actually open during the entire event.

More informative sessions dealing with financing, revenue management, cancellation policies, and more are lined up for the following days. There will also be an auction at the three-day event.

The final night will highlight award winners.
