Barry Burko, the owner of Whispering Pines, stated that “we’re telling our clients that if there is an evacuation order or alert people will get a 100% refund.”

Burko states that if someone doesn’t feel at home in the, the policy will still apply.
He said, however, that if we are able to re-sell all of their bookings then we will return any we can to the client.
